These terms describe the current conditions for using the HOULI business website operated by Shenzhen Shenpu Photoelectric Co., Ltd..
The final data-controller designation and governing law remain pending. No unconfirmed jurisdiction is stated on this pre-release page, and warranty or return handling remains subject to the applicable sales documents.
1. Website operator
The website identifies Shenzhen Shenpu Photoelectric Co., Ltd. as the operating company for the HOULI brand. The company was established in 2012 and maintains manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Maoming.
2. Conditions of website use
You may use this website to review general product, application, manufacturing and contact information and to submit legitimate business inquiries. You must not interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or misuse inquiry forms.
3. B2B inquiries are not formal quotations
A form submission, email response, sample discussion or website estimate does not by itself create a binding quotation, sales contract or production commitment. Price, MOQ, sample scope, lead time, packaging, shipment and payment terms require a separate written confirmation based on the approved specification.
4. Product specifications and images
Product values, images and application information are provided for initial B2B evaluation. Input voltage, output voltage, rated power, peak power, target market, dimensions, efficiency, protection functions, certification and accessories must be confirmed for the exact model before ordering.
Images may show a product platform or configuration and must not be assumed to represent every available model. Draft products and incomplete model records are not formal product offers.
5. OEM/ODM project confirmation
Branding, housing, electrical, interface, packaging, manual and compliance requirements are evaluated by model and project. An OEM/ODM program proceeds only after the relevant specification, files, validation requirements and commercial terms have been confirmed in writing.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, brand assets, product images and documents may be protected by the rights of HOULI, the operating company or their respective licensors. Reproduction, republication or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder unless a document expressly states otherwise.
7. Third-party links
Links to maps, certification bodies, analytics services or other third-party resources are provided for convenience or verification. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies, and a link does not expand HOULI product claims or create an endorsement.
8. Responsibility and limitations
Website information supports preliminary evaluation and does not replace the exact model manual, a qualified installation review or a signed commercial agreement. Final responsibility language will be completed only after formal legal review; this interim page does not create additional exclusions or limitations beyond applicable law.
9. Limited warranty, returns and RMA
Standard products are offered with a 12-month limited warranty. The applicable start date, coverage and handling process are defined by the formal quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or model-specific warranty document.
OEM/ODM and customized products are not eligible for no-reason returns. Every B2B return requires prior written Return Material Authorization (RMA), and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. This website does not offer a universal 30-day no-reason return policy.
10. Governing law
The governing law and dispute-resolution terms have not yet been formally confirmed and will be added before these terms are finalized.
