1. Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide in a business inquiry or request for quotation, including:

• Name, business email, telephone number, company and country or region.
• Product, application, voltage, power, quantity, certification and OEM/ODM requirements.
• Messages and other project information submitted voluntarily.
• Basic technical information needed to protect forms from automated abuse.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry forms.

2. Contact forms and inquiry data

Inquiry information is used to review product fit, prepare a response, clarify technical requirements and continue a requested B2B discussion. A website submission does not create an order or a binding quotation.

Production email delivery remains disabled until the receiving address and server-side credentials are formally approved. API keys, webhook secrets and mail credentials are not stored in browser code.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential browser storage to remember cookie preferences. Google Analytics 4 will load only after analytics consent and only when a valid Measurement ID has been configured in the production environment.

Planned measurement may include page activity, form submissions, RFQ submissions, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks. Declining analytics does not prevent access to the website or inquiry forms.

4. How information is used

• Respond to requested business, technical and product discussions.
• Assess model, market, certification and OEM/ODM requirements.
• Protect forms, diagnose delivery failures and maintain website security.
• Measure website performance and conversion only where consent and configuration permit.

Inquiry data is not presented as a public customer case, testimonial or company endorsement without separate authorization.

5. Data retention and security

Access to submitted inquiry data should be limited to personnel and service providers who need it for the requested response. Server credentials must remain in protected environment variables.

• Ordinary website inquiry data may be retained for up to 24 months.
• Customer records connected with a transaction or contract may be retained for applicable financial, tax and legal obligations.
• GA4 user-level and event data, when analytics is enabled with consent, will be configured for a maximum retention period of 14 months.
• After a valid deletion request, information will be deleted where no contract, financial or legal retention obligation applies.

6. Third-party services

The production website may use hosting, email-delivery, analytics and webmaster-verification services. Google Analytics and Resend are planned integrations, but they are not enabled unless their required environment settings are configured. The final service list will be updated before launch.

7. International data transfers

HOULI serves international business customers and the operating company is based in Shenzhen, China. An inquiry may therefore be reviewed outside the country where it was submitted. The final production service locations and transfer safeguards will be documented after the hosting and service-provider configuration is confirmed.

8. Your data rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be initiated through the Contact page. Applicable rights and any required identity checks depend on the final legal and jurisdictional review.
